The client
Devello Group is a boutique law and strategic advisory firm specialising in planning, development and property-related matters. Based in Nottingham and Lincoln, they provide high-level legal and strategic advice to developers, landowners and promoters – with a refreshing, accessible approach.
The brief
Shruti and I connected on LinkedIn in February 2024 after she’d been following my work for a while.
Her and her business partner, Iain had recently setup their new company and wanted some headshots and team shots to help them start to put faces to names.
The shoot
I’ve had two shoots with Devello Group since meeting in 2024. The first was at their offices on Regent Street in Nottingham, but the team outgrew the space. Their second shoot took place at their new offices in Wellington Circus, Nottingham.
For both shoots we captured a variety of headshots and team shots (most of which were outdoors).

I photographed each team member individually using a variety of natural and urban backdrops within a few minutes walk of their offices.

It’s always nice for potential clients to see how a team work together, so we headed inside to capture some behind the scenes visuals.
